Essel Propack arm buys US firm

Essel Propack today announced the acquisition of Catheter & Disposables Technology, a US-based company engaged in business of medical devices.

According to a release issued by Essel to the BSE today, the acquisition was made through its wholly-owned subsidiary Tacpro. The cost of the acquisition was not disclosed by the company.
